This glass labyrinth explores facts and fictions from past and present dealing with gender and racial norms, images and stereotypes. Juxtaposed with each of these old folk tales are the stories of women who defied convention to produce acts of heroism, bravery and strength.

Amazing Facts
Women smile eight times a day more than men.

40% of women over the age of 65 are poor, compared to 13% of men over 65.
