GIRL SCOUTS
A Smithsonian Affiliate, The Women's Museum™ features state-of-the-art exhibits exploring history, science, technology, sports, and more. Juliette Gordon Low, founder of Girl Scouts, is included in the Organized Movements exhibit, along with other stories of unique and diverse American women. The Women's Museum™ offers a variety of educational and fun programs for Girl Scouts of all ages.

At The Women’s Museum: An Institute for the Future, you can claim your heritage and recognize your own spirit to carry on the tradition of accomplishment in your life pursuits.
THE SPIRIT OF AMERICAN WOMANHOOD INTEREST PROJECT - Ongoing
This interest project, designed by a volunteer in conjunction with The Women's Museum™ and the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, allows Cadettes, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts to use the unique resources of The Women's Museum™ to discover the indomitable spirit of the American Woman. Suggested activities focus on museum exhibits, but activities that can be completed outside the museum are also included. Please contact the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas for more information.
