All entry packets must include the following items:completed entry form**, 5x7 photograph, signed copy of Talent Release Form,a 300 word bio** and a 3-5 minute video if you have a performing talent or a sample of artwork or science fair project. All items must be submitted to The Women's Museum no later than June 1, 2008. All applicants invited to participate in the 2007 Texas Girls State Fair must provide their dates of availability no later than September 1, 2008. Incomplete packets will not be processed.
